On a gorgeous January day, Kayla & Brett decided to say their “I do’s” during a loved-filled, Mexican theme wedding celebrated at the luxury resort Diamante Cabo San Lucas. Family and close friends witnessed the couple’s symbolic ceremony, which included the blending of the sand ritual to represent their union.
After pronouncing their heart-touching wows, the newlyweds were showered in warm hugs and candid wishes by all guests, with the magnificent dunes and the mesmerizing Pacific Ocean as perfect backdrop for their Cabo wedding. Following their ceremony, delicious drinks and hors d’oeuvre were offered while a guitar player harmonized the ambiance. The couple hosted a Mexican-decor reception at Casa Club of Diamante Cabo San Lucas, which boasts spectacular views, never-ending golf courses, and the natural Baja scenery, the ideal setting for their wedding photos.
Brett’s groomsmen were color-coordinated in different shades of blue, gray and beige. Kayla’s bridesmaids, on the other hand, decided to go with bright floral dresses. Every table was accentuated with deep-colored “rebozos”, colorful flower arrangements as centerpieces, traditional “sombreros” while maracas and mini tequila bottles were part of the wedding favors. The lovely reception included heart-warming speeches by their loved ones, hard laughs, joyful tears, and contagious partying to celebrate the couple. As the sunrise replaced the moon, Kayla & Brett danced their special night away marking their very first day as husband and wife. The couple joyfully invited their guests to make their special day even more memorable by lighting a wish lantern.
